Role Description

Design and develop engaging, user-centred websites that align with business objectives and brand identity.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure website functionality supports overall business goals.
Continuously improve website design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) for optimal user engagement.
Optimize website speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance online visibility and user satisfaction.

Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Manage domains and servers, ensuring website stability and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure website consistency and optimal performance across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Implement and provide web analytics to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.

5+ years of proven experience in web development, encompassing both back-end and front-end technologies.
Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.). Experience with multiple platforms and web solutions is highly advantageous in an agency setting.
Excellent understanding of web development principles, including design, usability, and accessibility standards.
Proven ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
